About the role

As the Senior HR Manager, you'll play a critical role in partnering with Operations leadership to build and support a rapidly expanding manufacturing operation. You'll serve as the dedicated HR leader for a high-profile growth initiative, helping establish the people strategy, build organizational capability, and create a high-performing culture that supports long-term operational success. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership
  • Lead HR efforts for a rapidly growing manufacturing operation, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives
  • Coach leaders and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver seamless HR support
  • Drive recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives during a period of significant organizational growth
  • Implement and support local and enterprise-wide HR programs, policies, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (PHR or SPHR certification preferred)
  • Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least five years supporting manufacturing or operations environments
  • Strong HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels
  • Experience supporting hourly manufacturing workforces within complex or matrixed organizations
  • Broad knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, recruiting, organizational development, change management, and compliance
  • Experience working in a global organization and collaborating across multiple business functions is highly preferred
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while building strong relationships throughout the organization
