Senior Human Resources Manager
Cintas is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to support the HR generalist functions across multiple light industrial plants and independently manage the HR operations at one specific location.
Responsibilities
- Manage turnover and recruiting efforts
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Drive positive employee relations
- Act as the primary consultant for performance management, disciplinary documentation, investigations, and coaching/training for managers and field HR managers
- Provide guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with legal obligations under FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, OSHA, and other employment laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or Human Resources management or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years of Human Resources management experience (preferred)
- Experience in compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training (preferred)
- Ability to travel 35% of the time with overnight stays
