Senior Human Capital Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Support large-scale workforce onboarding and program stabilization
- Execute high-volume employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and compliance
- Manage core HR operations including documentation, records, workflows, and issue resolution with a “no job too small” mindset
- Ensure data integrity and effective workflows across HR systems
- Identify and implement process improvements as operations stabilize
- Partner with HR leadership to lead and support HR operations initiatives, including the establishment of new programs and processes, while driving workforce integration efforts during transitions and organizational changes
- Apply expertise in government contracting, the Service Contract Act (SCA), union labor relations, California employment law, and San Francisco labor ordinances to ensure compliance and support efficient program execution
- Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders, management teams, and labor/union representatives to address workforce matters, resolve issues, and support business objectives
- Serve as a strategic HR resource by providing guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance requirements, and operational best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 7–10 years of senior-level HR experience in complex or highly regulated environments
- Demonstrated experience standing up or stabilizing large-scale, high-volume HR operations
- Government contracting experience required; SCA exposure strongly preferred
- Strong employee lifecycle management experience (onboarding, employee relations, compliance)
- Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint
- Ability to balance strategic advising with hands-on execution
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively under pressure
- Strong judgment, collaboration skills, and customer-service orientation

Pay
The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $125,000 – $135,000 annually.
Schedule
The role will be based in the San Francisco Bay area. 10–25% travel required, primarily during program launch and stabilization.
