Senior HRIS Analyst
About the role
The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and implementing all HRIS systems initiatives and maintenance. This person will serve as the technical point of contact for system end users, ensuring data integrity, managing system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Partnering hand in hand across the Humans group and cross-functional partners, you’ll take a solutions-focused and collaborative approach, focusing on operational and systems design excellence to support the business in its exciting growth.
Responsibilities
- Owns the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep (BAU) of the Workday environment.
- Responsible for the configuration and testing of BAU (OE, Release, scheduled processes), enhancements, and break/fixes to our HRIS platform.
- Collaborate with Humans, Business Systems, IT, Finance and other cross-functional groups to gather, document, implement, and optimize business requirements and systems/processes.
- Create and maintain process documents and training materials for all Humans systems and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement with an eye for automation, application operational efficiency, and security.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Humans data within the system by implementing data validation processes and conducting regular audits.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and data security standards, and implement appropriate safeguards to protect sensitive HR data.
- Design and develop advanced custom reports as required for business users and leadership.
Requirements
- At least 4-5+ years of HR process/system improvement experience with at least 2 of those being hands-on in Workday HRIS implementations or post-production support.
- Experience running BAU activities such as Open Enrollment, Workday Releases, Handbook changes, or annual schedule refreshes.
- Experience updating Business processes, configuring the tool (plans, groups, notifications, templates, etc.), and building complex calculated fields/net new reports.
- Understanding of SOX principles and ability to navigate situations with an eye for compliance.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, AI tools, and Google Suite, with the flexibility to navigate multiple data sources and systems.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, naturally curious and proactive self-starter, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.
- An owner, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications
- College degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation and support.
- Experience with Workday HRIS.
- Knowledge of HRIS best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
USD annual, the compensation offered will include a robust market competitive package of base and equity. In addition to your base compensation offer you will also receive equity ownership in the company.
Schedule
