Senior HRIS Analyst

About the Role

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all technology utilized by the HR team and is responsible for supporting strategic human resource initiatives by configuring and maintaining HR Systems to maximize productivity, quality, and user experience across the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS SME and primary administrator, acting as the liaison between teammates and vendors for HR Systems.
• Manage all functions of HR systems, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, configuration management, system administration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Administer role-based security access and support periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate system permissions.
• Establish and maintain recurring audit routines to ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms, understanding data integration across the HR organization.
• Identify business process gaps and opportunities for efficiency using system knowledge.
• Triage, research, and resolve HR system support issues.
• Identify and correct gaps in existing HR system processes.
• Surface process inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to revise processes.
• Manage, create, and perform HR system data feeds and integrations, monitoring and resolving connection issues.
• Configure and maintain business rules and workflow configurations.
• Identify system enhancements, document business needs, and determine impacts on current processes.
• Train new users on HR platforms as needed.
• Maintain the HR Confluence page.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Experience

• 5+ years’ experience as an HR systems administrator, including system implementations, maintenance, reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, carrier feed, and SFTP management.
• Ability to maintain and monitor multiple systems while resolving issues with business leaders and users.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Applies broad-based HR knowledge to business needs proactively and determines best practices to support organizational direction.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions to determine root causes.
• Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience with Cornerstone as a system administrator strongly preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Pay

The anticipated hiring range for this role is $88,000 - $110,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible, with amounts varying by individual and business goals.
