About the role

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize the HRIS system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the HRIS system to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.

  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within the HRIS system.
  • Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and updates.
  • Stay current with emerging HRIS technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HRIS compliance standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and improve HRIS systems.
  • Experience with HRIS system implementation and integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
  • Experience with HRIS system customization and configuration.
  • Knowledge of HRIS system security protocols and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS system performance monitoring and optimization.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
