Senior HRIS Analyst

About the role

Support the HRIS Manager with administration of one or more HR systems within RaceTrac and provide support to all system end-users and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily functional support of key HR systems, including Workday HCM system, time-tracking system, and learning management system.
• Manage issues reported to the HRIS help ticket queue and provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology assistance, and escalation management.
• Support major Workday releases by testing new functionality, identifying opportunities to enhance our environment with new features, and performing regression testing.
• Support the testing and implementation of new projects and enhancements.
• Build and maintain business process/design documentation for HR end users.
• Recommend and advise on process improvements, innovative solutions, and process automation; gather and document business requirements.
• Develop reports based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Workday business processes and reporting.
• Experience completing mass updates to system data (i.e., Workday EIBs).
• Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.
• Ability to use metrics and data analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team, as well as to establish and maintain effective working relationships at every level of the organization.
• Advanced/Expert proficiency with Excel.
