About the Role
Pritchard Companies is seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as our internal expert for ADP Workforce Now, HR systems administration, reporting, analytics, and payroll support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys leveraging technology and data to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support better business decisions. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will lead HRIS administration, serve as the primary resource for system optimization, and provide payroll backup support to ensure business continuity.
Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration & System Management
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now
- Manage system configurations, workflows, security roles, user access, and business rules
- Maintain employee data accuracy through audits and data validation
- Support ADP Workforce Now modules including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, and Performance Management
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and partner with ADP support when needed
- Lead testing, implementation, and validation of system upgrades and enhancements
- Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials
- Reporting, Analytics & Data Management
- Develop and maintain HR and payroll reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
- Analyze data related to headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, and labor trends
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and workforce analytics to support leadership decision-making
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Payroll Processing & Backup Support
- Serve as the designated backup payroll administrator
- Process payroll during payroll staff absences or peak-volume periods
- Review payroll audits and validate earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits
- Process employee transactions impacting payroll, including hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and compensation changes
- Support payroll reconciliations, quarter-end, and year-end processing activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Process Improvement & Projects
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows
- Participate in HRIS implementations, acquisitions, system enhancements, and technology initiatives
- Assist with HR and payroll policy development
- Train and support HR team members, managers, and system users
- Lead and support special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HRIS experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ADP Workforce Now administration experience
- Experience supporting payroll processing and payroll administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Experience supporting ADP Workforce Now implementations or optimization projects
- Experience developing dashboards and workforce analytics
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification

Schedule
This is an onsite position and may be based in either Clear Lake, Iowa or Minneapolis, Minnesota. Periodic travel between locations may be required.
