About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner will support HoneyBook's US-based teams and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and scaling its people strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance.
- Support teams through org design, change management, and cultural transformation—ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions.
- Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, guiding managers through complex people matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Own and implement initiatives like performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights to refine our strategy and keep HoneyBook competitive.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting US-based teams and knowledge of US employment law.
- Outstanding communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic, able to influence across all levels and work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Collaborative mindset, with a flexible, can-do attitude—especially when partnering with cross-functional teams.
- High adaptability and resilience—you thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience leveraging people data.
