Senior HR Systems Analyst (Workday)
Position Overview
The Senior HR Systems Analyst will primarily support the Workday Reporting and Analytics configurations, including Prism, while driving improvements to capabilities supporting our HR Centers of Excellence. This individual will serve as a technical expert in Workday, helping shape the long-term direction, design standards, and data strategy for HR reporting capabilities. They will partner with HR stakeholders to understand business questions, translate needs into reporting and analytics solutions, and recommend improvements that strengthen data visibility, insight generation, and scalable reporting functionality.
About the Role
This position is based out of our Corporate Headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule. Current in-office expectations are Wednesdays and Thursdays on a biweekly basis, subject to change based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Workday Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide consulting services to key stakeholders and leadership regarding data management, metric interpretation, dashboard design, upgrades/releases, and best practices
- Translate business questions and stakeholder needs into scalable reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions that improve data visibility, insight generation, and decision-making
- Partner with People Analytics, HR Systems, and functional teams to maintain and enhance report design standards, data sources, datasets, calculations, and reporting architecture
- Build and maintain Prism datasets, data transformations, and integrations that enable scalable reporting, advanced analytics, and improved data accessibility
- Apply strong technical judgment to troubleshoot reporting issues, validate data accuracy, conduct testing, and ensure solutions are reliable, repeatable, and aligned to reporting standards
- Maintain deep knowledge of Workday Reporting, Prism, and emerging analytics capabilities through Workday Community, release reviews, training, research, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years HR technology experience, with at least half of that directly in an analyst role
- Previous Workday configuration experience required; success creating complex calculated fields, and developing complex reports
- At least one Workday Pro Certification (HCM, Reporting, Advanced Reporting, etc.)
- Consultative nature with functional knowledge of core HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB loads, and experience with standard testing procedures
- Advanced Excel skills and successful execution of project management fundamentals
- Excellent time management skills in projecting timelines and meeting deadlines
- Resourceful and have a customer-focused and solutions-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Prism, and emerging analytics capabilities
- Strong technical judgment and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage and enhance report design standards and data sources
- Knowledge of core HCM data management and EIB loads
- Project management fundamentals and experience with standard testing procedures
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to execute project plans

Min-Mid $95,000.00 - $125,000.00
