Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in a project coordinator role
• Strong background in both Workday and ServiceNow
• Power BI experience
• Experienced in using dashboards to track and visualize project progress
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Duties

This role provides critical administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of the HR Transformation program. The individual will drive cross-functional alignment by managing meeting logistics, tracking deliverables, preparing communications, and maintaining detailed program documentation. This role enables faster execution, improved accountability, and a more efficient transformation process.
