What You’ll Do
- Set and execute talent strategy across recruiting, leadership development, performance, and succession planning
- Lead and optimize Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Shared Services functions
- Standardize and scale talent programs, tools, and frameworks across regions
- Oversee recruiting operations to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Establish governance and rigor around executive recruiting and external partners
- Own talent systems (ATS, LMS, assessments), ensuring strong adoption, data integrity, and reporting
- Build and manage a comprehensive learning ecosystem, including content, delivery, and measurement
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning with actionable development plans
- Drive process improvement through automation, standardization, and self-service capabilities
- Lead vendor strategy and performance (RPO, search firms, training providers)
- Coach and develop team members while driving strong stakeholder alignment and change management
What You Bring
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership across talent acquisition, L&D, or talent management
- Experience leading teams and enterprise-wide programs in a complex, multi-site organization
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (ATS, LMS, HCM); Workday experience a plus
- Proven ability to design and scale talent programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience building or leading HR shared services or standardized HR operations
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments
- Global experience supporting multiple regions or countries
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) or advanced degree
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree or HR certification preferred
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with occasional time in manufacturing settings
- Up to 15% travel, including occasional overnight trips
