About the role
The Senior HR Generalist serves as a highly skilled individual contributor and trusted partner to DC leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment. This role executes and influences people strategies that enable business performance, strengthen associate engagement, and support a consistent and inclusive experience across the distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, consistent guidance on associate relations, performance, and policies
- Resolve concerns using sound judgment and a fair, respectful approach
- Build trust with associates and leaders through responsiveness and follow-through
- Support performance management and talent processes with consistency and clarity
- Contribute to onboarding, development, and retention efforts
- Share insights to support workforce planning and team effectiveness
- Support initiatives that foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment
- Aid in engagement efforts and help turn feedback into practical actions
- Reinforce behaviors that promote accountability, respect, and teamwork
- Execute HR programs and processes accurately and consistently
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the associate experience
- Use data and trends to inform day-to-day decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6+ years of HR experience, ideally in high-volume or logistics environments
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and associate relations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Readily adapts and champions for change
- Personal professionalism and sense of accountability
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume or logistics environment preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems and analytics tools
- Experience with performance management and talent development
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Benefits
Maximum Salary: $101,955.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Pay
Pay Range: $76,700.00 – $101,955.00
