Senior Housekeeper

As a Senior Housekeeper at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.

Responsibilities

• Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
• Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room.
• Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper.
• Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets.
• Assists all aspects, within the Housekeeping discipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

Schedule

Must be available to work 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays.
