About the role

The vacancy is in Medical Ward 1, which manages a wide range of acute medical conditions and includes a 4‑bedded High Dependency Area (HDA) for cardiac monitoring and invasive procedures, plus a 3‑bedded Paediatric area.

Requirements

• Commitment to providing a high standard of care.
• Ability to interact well within a multi‑disciplinary team across the three patient groups.
• Successful applicant must register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme).
• Post is not eligible for relocation expenses.

Benefits

• Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 pro rata.
• Permanent position.

Pay

Band 3 salary range £29,103 – £31,409 pro rata, plus the Distant Islands Allowance of £1,461 pro rata.

Schedule

24 hours per week.
