About the role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth through innovative acquisition and inbound strategies. This role blends data-driven financial modeling and performance marketing expertise to accelerate lead generation. As a key member of the Revenue Growth team, you will own the analytical and financial planning foundations for digital acquisition, building models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build models that link channel spend to lead flow to pipeline to revenue. Partner with Finance to set spend levels required to achieve quarterly and annual lead generation targets. Conduct scenario analyses (e.g., impact of rising CPCs, or declining impressions due to AI-driven search). Reconcile forecasts with actual results to improve predictability and accuracy over time.
  • Digital Advertising Optimization & Innovation: Define cross-channel optimization strategy by identifying where incremental spend will most efficiently drive pipeline and revenue across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting. Define and prioritize the experimentation roadmap across creative, targeting, and landing page experiences to identify scalable growth opportunities. Use leading-indicator metrics (CTR, demo request rate, CPL) as early signals to validate strategies that can be scaled for predictable pipeline growth. Synthesize and document learnings in a living experimentation playbook for cross-team adoption.
  • Inbound Marketing for SMB Growth: Develop and optimize inbound programs that resonate with SMB prospects by improving value clarity, fit assessment, and low-friction entry points into the buyer journey. Partner with web and product marketing teams to reduce friction in the buyer journey, improving demo requests and conversion rates. Use experimentation and data to identify which inbound levers, such as guided demos, interactive assessments, ROI estimators, role-based messaging, and simplified conversion paths, most effectively drive scalable SMB acquisition.
  • AI & Emerging Search Strategy: Assess the impact of AI-driven search and discovery changes on paid media economics, including inventory availability, CPC trends, and downstream pipeline performance. Educate stakeholders on evolving digital discovery patterns and conduct scenario tests to determine how to adjust acquisition strategy. Act as the internal “translator” of market dynamics, especially AI-driven shifts, on acquisition performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic platforms, and retargeting networks.
  • Strong background in SMB inbound marketing, with experience using experimentation and data to improve value clarity, intent qualification, and conversion efficiency at scale.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through a mix of paid acquisition and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis for marketing investments: Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; expertise in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search and emerging digital discovery trends, with the ability to apply insights to acquisition strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Excel/Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, GA4) and fluency with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Skills

  • Financial & quantitative modeling: Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; expertise in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Channel expertise: Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, DSPs, and retargeting platforms.
  • Business acumen: Ability to balance efficiency (CAC, CPL) with pipeline growth objectives.
  • Data & analytics: Strong grasp of attribution, funnel metrics, and statistical significance testing.
  • AI search awareness: Understanding how AI-driven search and generative assistants are reshaping digital advertising.
  • Experimentation mindset: Hypothesis-driven testing, documentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Tool fluency: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing investment decisions with data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or HR/Payroll/Workforce technology industries, with a focus on SMB and Mid-Market acquisition.
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

  • 401(k) match.
  • Perks that support you, your family, and your finances.
