About the Role

VTS is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own integrated campaign strategy for our core business segments. This strategic role focuses on full-funnel campaigns, integrating product launches, thought leadership, brand, and demand generation from concept through execution. You will manage how campaigns come to life across paid and organic channels, working with agencies and directly owning select channels. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and requires close collaboration with sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM Engineering to move target accounts from unaware to actively engaged, while measuring what truly matters.

This opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires working from the office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated, full-funnel campaign strategies—from brand awareness through pipeline creation and deal acceleration—tailored to VTS's key business segments and buyer personas.
  • Translate product positioning, market trends, and sales intelligence into campaign concepts and content ideas that move buyers.
  • Own the campaign calendar: prioritize programs based on business impact, pipeline goals, and market dynamics.
  • Partner tightly with sales to identify where deals get stuck, what accounts need attention, and how marketing can help move them.
  • Define and own modern marketing success metrics, such as account engagement, pipeline influence, buyer journey progression, and revenue impact, rather than traditional lead volume metrics.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering to build instrumentation, attribution models, and reporting frameworks that connect campaign activity to real business outcomes.
  • Manage and direct external agencies across paid media, SEO, social, and other distribution channels, ensuring rigorous execution against your strategy.
  • Oversee distribution and amplification across paid and organic channels, including paid media, SEO, email, social, and content, with a deep understanding of how each channel interacts.
  • Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype campaign concepts, test messaging and creative, explore new channels, and iterate quickly without relying solely on resources.
  • Build and leverage cross-functional relationships, activating internal thought leaders and executives to shape narrative, amplify campaigns, and bring the VTS point of view to market authentically.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign strategy at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Track record of building campaigns from scratch and driving measurable pipeline results.
  • Experience incorporating AI into research, writing, testing, and building to move faster and improve work.
  • Deep understanding of the full funnel: how enterprise or mid-market buyers move from awareness to consideration to purchase, and how marketing accelerates that journey.
  • Experience working closely with sales, including participation in deal reviews and pipeline analysis, with a reputation for earning sales teams' trust.
  • Ability to lead and hold agencies accountable across paid and organic channels; proven experience managing vendor relationships and performance.
  • Strong analytical instincts: you’ve defined your own success metrics, pulled your own data, and made decisions based on what’s working.
  • Integrated campaign mindset: you start with the audience and insight, not the channel.
  • Background that includes both startup and larger company experience—comfortable moving fast, owning broad responsibilities, and operating with minimal infrastructure, while also understanding what excellence looks like at scale.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision.
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits and a 401(k) plan.
  • Flexible PTO policy and a generous family leave program.
  • Quarterly happy hours, wellness events, clubs, and team lunches.
  • Executive coaching and training/development programs available to all employees.
  • Education stipend to support continuous learning.
  • Open floor plan to promote cross-functional collaboration.

Pay

The base salary for this role ranges between $130,000 and $160,000, determined by skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
