About the role
We're looking for a true hunter to drive new client acquisition across our Healthcare practice. You are someone who loves opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and turning prospects into signed, net-new logos.
Responsibilities
- Win net-new clients across the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device organizations, life sciences, and healthcare technology
- Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SOWs to close new business
- Support RFPs and build compelling, client-specific proposals that win
- Run a structured, disciplined sales process from qualification through close
- Engage C-suite and senior clinical or business stakeholders and align our AI and analytics solutions to their priorities
- Partner closely with internal delivery and solution teams to close deals and ensure a smooth handoff
- Collaborate with distributed delivery and consulting teams across the US and India
- Transition accounts to delivery after the sale, keeping your focus on the next win
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, reimbursement models, and competitive dynamics to sharpen your approach
- Represent Fractal at healthcare conferences, industry events, and networking forums
Requirements
- You'll be best-in-class in at least one of these areas, and comfortable across the rest: Healthcare domain expertise (providers, payers, life sciences, or healthcare technology), Technical and analytics-led consultative selling, Disciplined, rigorous enterprise sales execution
Qualifications
- A proven ability to build and manage pipelines independently
- Strong sales discipline and deal rigor
- A track record of closing net-new business in healthcare or adjacent sectors
- The ability to engage both business and clinical stakeholders
- Experience selling complex solutions across AI, analytics, consulting, or healthcare technology
- Depth in core analytics domains such as Patient Analytics, Payer/Provider Analytics, or Commercial Analytics in Life Sciences
- Familiarity with digital health, healthcare IT, population health, or value-based care solutions
- A hands-on selling style: you're in the deals, not just overseeing them
- An established network within the healthcare ecosystem
- Experience in growth-stage or mid-size companies (a plus)
- Experience working in global or multi-regional healthcare markets (a plus)

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $200,000, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to achieving sales goals related to new client acquisition and project growth.
