Senior Growth Architect

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Growth Architect to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and construct the full buyer journey from initial interest to product qualification and beyond
• Create an AI-driven intelligence layer that manages context and decision logic for buyers
• Develop lifecycle and nurture systems that engage buyers effectively at critical moments
• Implement on-site personalization strategies to enhance conversion rates
• Establish scoring and qualification systems to expedite high-quality leads to sales

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in system design, particularly with AI-driven solutions
• Proven track record of building prototypes as a hands-on individual contributor
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes, especially in growth or conversion
• Experience creating intelligence layers that influence customer interactions
• Fluency in collaborating with engineers to bring concepts to production
• Strong understanding of the entire buyer journey, not only components

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
