Senior Global HR Business Partner, Finance & Global Functions

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Global HR Business Partner, Finance & Global Functions to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior Finance and global function leaders, helping shape the people strategy behind complex enterprise priorities. The successful candidate will partner across a global matrix environment to strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent decisions. This is a highly strategic HRBP position with broad influence across multiple functions, supporting leaders as they translate business goals into practical people actions. The role also contributes to consistent global execution and leadership development across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $199,990 – $274,989 annually Responsibilities Partner with Finance leaders to identify strategic priorities and workforce implications Translate business strategies into measurable people priorities aligned with HR direction Advise senior leaders on organization effectiveness and talent management Coordinate HR efforts across global teams to ensure consistent execution Lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles Shape organization design and strategic workforce planning initiatives Guide leaders in embedding company values into everyday practices Qualifications 15+ years of broad HR experience in complex, global matrix organizations Proven success in partnering with Finance and enterprise functions Experience advising senior executives on organization design and workforce transformation Ability to lead through influence across diverse HR functions Strong track record of translating business priorities into measurable people strategies Expertise in strategic workforce planning and leadership development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance and disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off and sick leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
