Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a stellar track record creating and launching robust, scalable systems.
• AWS expert. Deep experience with ECS, EC2, SQS, Lambda, and S3 powering high-performing applications.
• Backend skills. Proficient in Python or Node.js, building efficient backend services and data pipelines.
• Frontend experience. Comfortable with React, building engaging and dynamic user interfaces.
• AI and NLP knowledge. Hands-on experience developing AI features and integrating with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
• Customer focus. Dedicated to building products that users love and solving real customer problems.
• Ownership mentality. Proactive and autonomous; you understand customer needs and have the judgment to address them.
• Collaborative approach. You enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve outstanding outcomes and contribute to our culture.

Qualifications

• Pre-product-market-fit startup experience (optional).
• Experience leading or mentoring a team (optional).
• Expertise in DevOps and infrastructure (optional).

Pay

Base salary $150,000–$190,000, plus generous early-employee equity and benefits.
