Senior Fulfilment Analyst- Marketing Operations

About the role

The Senior Fulfilment Analyst will support the IR and Life businesses in all phases of the customer journey and sales process, from pre-sale and product development through new business and in-force. This position will assist in developing, evaluating, monitoring, and evolving standardized processes, systems, and templates to increase efficiency in all Marketing Fulfilment functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing collateral, kits, promotional materials, and digital assets, ensuring their timely availability for product launches.
  • Develop standardized workflows that cover shipping, digital file management, and campaign asset deployment across various channels and partners.
  • Prepare, secure approval for, and deliver product launch kits to internal teams, sales staff, and external partners, ensuring there are no delays.
  • Oversee the delivery of materials, assets, and mailing campaigns to ensure they are provided on schedule and aligned with product management timelines.
  • Manage inventory and asset control by tracking marketing materials, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring consistent use of updated assets across platforms.
  • Conduct fulfillment activities that uphold brand integrity and comply with standards across all distribution channels.
  • Administer Marketing Ops systems (like Corebridge Storefront) and digital marketing workflows supporting platforms such as the Annuity Website, Seismic, and FinTech solutions including SIMON, FidX, and Luma.
  • Track and report on campaign and platform performance, asset utilization, and fulfillment status using centralized reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales/distribution teams on sales kits and product/firm nuances.
  • Create and develop periodic reports to deliver insights and trends.
  • Assess and provide thorough data and recommendations to streamline assets and improve processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for alignment, leveraging understanding of the current and historical suite of Corebridge products, features, and systems.
  • Optimize inventory for customer satisfaction.
  • Clearly and articulately provide documented rationale behind decisions and memorialize them.
  • Provide suggestions and plans to upgrade processes, procedures, and systems (Evergreen).
  • Use organizational acumen and experience to contribute to other departments and functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years’ experience in financial services preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing and updating large-scale order management systems in financial services, including print and fulfilment functions across multiple repositories and digital platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time product releases.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with product, sales, distribution, and other stakeholders, supported by a solid understanding of financial/insurance products and their lifecycle.
  • Analytical and process-improvement expertise, including reporting, data-driven decision-making, asset rationalization, clear documentation of rationale, and the ability to recommend and implement system and process enhancements.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and comfortable with Jira.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and high level of personal accountability; excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in either Corebridge Financial’s Woodland Hills, CA or Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
