About the role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will create and deliver excellent recruitment services while following established service agreements. You’ll engage directly with the client, providing expert advice and managing their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
- Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets and accountable for delivering to target start dates.
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans, including role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. Include the sourcing team where possible.
- Build and maintain hiring manager relationships, ensuring client satisfaction within your business area.
- Manage candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience until the start date.
- Provide timely and quality feedback on long/short lists supplied by the sourcing team, ensuring necessary changes are made before submission to the hiring manager.
- Track all changes to a candidate’s status on the ATS to enable accurate reporting and ensure all AMS and client systems are updated correctly and timely.
- Conduct telephone screens and/or technical screens using standard templates, ensuring all candidates submitted meet required quality standards.
- If contractually required, conduct competency-based interviews (telephone or face-to-face).
- Accountable for the quality of the shortlist presented to the hiring manager and for presenting and selling the shortlist.
- Support the hiring manager in deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer.
- Close the candidate: broker the offer, manage objections, and support the candidate during their notice period.
- Comply with legislation affecting your area of work (e.g., age discrimination, employment risks for contractors).
Requirements
- Recruitment delivery experience within Investment Banking - Front Office.
- Experience working toward and meeting demanding targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including candidate management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels.
- Experience influencing and advising stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making throughout the hiring process.
- Knowledge of hiring practices within complex, global, matrixed organisations.
- Familiarity with senior-level compensation structures, including complex offer components such as equity, buyouts, and competitive negotiation.
- Data-driven recruitment approach, leveraging insights, metrics, and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
- Ability to operate independently in a client-facing role, managing multiple senior technical requisitions with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment activities (e.g., non-discrimination, contractor compliance).

Pay
The initial expected remuneration for this role is USD 90,300 – 135,000, plus applicable benefits.
