Senior Recruiter, Investor Services
About the role
Join us as a Senior Recruiter, Investor Services, and help us attract and select top diverse candidates for our teams. This role requires a proven track record in full life cycle recruiting, particularly within financial services. You will partner closely with the business to ensure you bring the best talent to our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop recruiting plans to deliver talent to hiring managers and provide relevant market updates to inform business leaders.
- Use innovative sourcing and selection strategies to identify and attract high-caliber talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers while ensuring cultural fit and quality standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to plan recruiting requirements and coordinate ongoing service delivery.
- Create exceptional candidate and employee experiences, ensuring timely and professional communications.
- Maintain Workday, BBH’s Applicant Tracking System, to leverage efficiencies and reporting opportunities.
- Support HR Business Partners in Workforce Planning initiatives, forecasting hiring volumes and providing input on market trends.
- Provide reports, metrics, and updates on recruitment progress and initiatives.
- Aid hiring managers and business partners with job description development, when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years recruitment experience within financial services, with knowledge of wealth management, asset management, and related infrastructure areas preferred.
- Proven direct sourcing experience, including excellent research skills and the ability to create unique talent pools.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Demonstrated client focus and strong action orientation, with the ability to think independently and creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior attention to detail and a proven ability to manage time, priorities, and projects.
- Experience using an ATS to track and engage with passive candidates, and knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Boston: $100k-$150k base salary + annual bonus target
NYC/JC: $110k-$160k base salary + annual bonus target
Schedule
This role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in-office per week.
