About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst, Americas is responsible for driving operational alignment across the Americas region. Key responsibilities include leading forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; enabling financial reporting and analytics; and acting as a Commercial Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes, develop scenario and sensitivity analyses, and provide timely insights by analyzing preliminary and actual performance results against financial targets.
  • Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, standardize processes, and share best practices across teams.
  • Partner closely with regional commercial and functional leaders to support financial planning activities, evaluate business performance, and develop data-driven recommendations that improve operational and financial decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience OR doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years experience
  • Progressive FP&A, or related analytical experience
  • Proficiency with ERP and other financial systems (Oracle ERP/ HFM, OneStream, Microsoft Office products)
  • Previous experience in CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a highly technical, fast-paced environment in the Life Science industry
  • Experience working in a global environment as a finance partner to a variety of functions – from Sales to Service Operations to Marketing and Operations

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial management software (e.g., Oracle ERP, OneStream)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
