Senior Financial Staffer

This position will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to ensure long-term economic self-sufficiency for the Seneca Nation through innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the economic growth of the Seneca Nation
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, businesses, and community partners
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, economic planning, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of federal government contracting processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines
• Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations is a plus
• Knowledge of environmental solutions and sustainability practices is beneficial

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
