About the role

Join the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) finance team to perform financial functions including resource planning, data analysis, budgeting, and cost control in a collaborative environment. You will validate and analyze financial performance data and budgetary information to ensure compliance and drive optimal financial performance in support of the program mission. You will be empowered to recommend solutions to sustain successful financial operations at NNL.

Requirements

Required combination of knowledge and skill:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Skills

Preferred skills:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Experience analyzing financial performance and providing business recommendations.
  • Excellent teaming skills, including working across business locations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Pay

Pay Range: $78,700.00 - $12,0500.00 annually. Salary is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
