Senior Financial Reporting Analyst
About the role
The Financial Reporting Senior will play a key role in preparing and filing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting both internal and external reporting processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact finance team at a time of significant transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Assist in the interpretation and application of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
- Prepare and book monthly stock-based compensation journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audits, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is provided
- Absorb and prepare written accounting memos for review by management and external auditors
- Work closely with internal teams (FP&A, tax, corp dev, etc.) and external advisors (e.g., legal counsel) as needed to support all financial data reporting needs
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
- CPA
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting or financial reporting experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Works well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Excellent research & analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow through to execute all tasks

- Familiarity with Netsuite and Workiva

Compensation
Compensation Range: $89,623 - $104,500
