Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance of current and proposed programs
- Prepare ROI analysis for capital projects
- Aid with monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Complete special projects on time with thorough documentation
- Utilize decision support systems and Excel for data analysis
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and recommendations to leadership teams
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience (healthcare preferred)
- Professional certification is advantageous (e.g. CPA, MBA, MHA)
- Strong critical thinking skills, ability to identify issues, develop solutions and present recommendations to leadership
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Interest in developing AI skills for financial analysis
