Your Daily Role
Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support business goals.
Monitor plant and operational financial results, identifying key risks, opportunities, and variance drivers.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
Partner with production, packaging, accounting, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and finance transformation projects to increase efficiency and business value.
What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of Financial Analyst experience with strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for various audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and driving results.
Pay
Pay Range: $80,000 to $87,000
