Responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive team to provide financial insights on costs, headcount, and performance
- Own monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and presentations for leadership and the Board
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the cost structure while enabling growth
- Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Improve FP&A systems, data management, and reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a fast-paced or PE-backed environment
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Adaptive preferred but not required
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to partner across all levels
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- A “builder” mentality with a passion for improving processes and driving results
Pay
Salary range: USD110,000 - USD125,000 per year
