About the role
Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Oversee month-end close process and assist in year-end audit preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with SAP or similar financial systems is a plus.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
