STAHL USA advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and government officials.
- Monitor budget execution and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Support procurement processes and manage contract negotiations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required.
