Senior Financial Analyst, Sub Same Day Operations Finance

About the role

The Sub Same Day Finance team designs and launches new business initiatives, partnering closely with operations teams to drive operational excellence and strategic decisions. This role involves influencing business owners, supporting decision-making, and simplifying processes.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models and plans, interpret large data sets, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results and influence leaders.
• Build effective business partnerships and communicate data clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs through data and financial analysis, including defect resolution, key performance indicator benchmarking, and new metric development.
• Implement solutions to simplify, improve, automate, standardize, and scale processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.

Qualifications

• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos).
• Experience with financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, TN, Nashville - 60,200.00 - 105,400.00 USD annually
• USA, TX, Dallas - 66,900.00 - 117,100.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington - 66,900.00 - 117,100.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Bellevue - 82,700.00 - 117,100.00 USD annually
