Senior Finance Analyst
About the role
As a commercially focused Sr. Financial Analyst within IDEX Health & Science (IH&S), you will collaborate across the IDEX Health & Science businesses, partnering with product management to profitably grow the business. You will analyze product lines, provide financial advice, and support various business processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Ops Finance, Engineering, and Product Managers to identify opportunities for efficiency and understand business impacts.
- Partner with Product Management leadership to guide profitability targets.
- Deploy standard analytical tools and reporting to support business partners.
- Support the Life Cycle Innovation and New Product Innovation teams with financial analysis.
- Contribute to the Yearly Pricing process and Price analytics.
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Participate in month-end close and reporting activities.
- Lead or participate in special projects and assignments.
- Collaborate with the broader Finance team across IH&S businesses to streamline reporting and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or business discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of Accounting or Finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards.
- Expert skills in Excel and SAP Web Intelligence; high proficiency in OneStream and other Microsoft Office Applications, Power BI preferred.

- Ability to work and contribute in a virtual team environment.
- Self-motivated, focused, and capable of identifying needs and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of fundamental financial concepts, practices, and procedures.
Skills
- Expertise in Excel and SAP Web Intelligence.
- High proficiency in OneStream and other Microsoft Office Applications, Power BI preferred.

Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $97,000 - $110,000, with a potential performance-based bonus plan. The actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Applicants should be located close to an IH&S facility when needed.
