Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager

About the role

A high visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasting models, and business performance analyses.
• Provide actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and actionable insights to support leadership decision making.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
• Analyze sales trends, operational metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Aid in the development and enhancement of financial models and analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&A reporting and planning processes.
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience within a global public manufacturing or technology company is highly preferred.

Pay

$115-140k base + bonus'
