Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Provides financial information and analysis to improve OMC’s financial and operational performance. Responsible for financial analysis for the organization, assisting with physician reporting, assisting with the monthly general ledger closing. Prepares income statements for ancillary departments. Assists with internal and external audits. Performs special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance preferred for Financial Analyst position
• Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance required for Senior Financial Analyst position
• Master’s degree preferred for Senior Financial Analyst position
• Two years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements preferred for Financial Analyst position
• Five years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements, and acted as lead or played a key role in processes improvements and implementations, required for Senior Financial Analyst position
• Three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements and a Master’s degree, and acted as lead or played a key role in processes improvements and implementations, required for Senior Financial Analyst position
