Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Financial Reporting

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K’s
- Reconcile financial data and prepare supporting schedules for SEC filings
- Aid in drafting footnote disclosures and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly close processes, including the preparation of consolidating journal entries
- Support SOX compliance efforts through documentation of internal controls and support internal and external audit cycles
- Conduct technical accounting research to assess the impact of new accounting standards, SEC regulations, and evolving business requirements
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to reflect current standards and practices
- Prepare standard monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management, along with ad hoc financial analyses
- Aid with statutory financial statement preparation and audits
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 4-6 years in accounting and/or auditing experience; Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; experience with Hyperion is a plus
- Advanced analytical, systems, and accounting skills (strong understanding of U.S GAAP is a plus)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across departments and with external vendors
- Demonstrated ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience/knowledge of process improvement techniques is a plus

Pay
- $83,000.00 – $122,100.00
