About the role
We are seeking a finance professional to join our Professional Services FP&A Team at a Senior Financial analyst level. The individual will assist in monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities.
Responsibilities
- Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package.
- Communicate variances to plan/budget to key stakeholders and collaborate across accounting, professional services, and operations teams.
- Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities and support long-term growth.
- Predict and forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations.
- Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday.
- Partner with business to accurately forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations.
- Support and manage ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years related Finance experience.

- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
- Experience with full P&L modeling including top line analysis and capacity modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
