Senior Financial Analyst
About the role
This Senior Financial Analyst is a center-based position in the Finance Center of Excellence team to support strategic goals, contributing through analysis and continued improvements within pricing and costing processes, tools and reporting.
This role has responsibility for developing pricing scenarios, creating cost estimates, and collaborating with teams focused on new product development and customer bids. This role will participate in actions that streamline efforts to create profit and loss statements for business opportunities across several categories.
You’ll add value to this role through the following, but not limited to:
- Develop standard pricing scenarios for new product development and customer bids
- Collaborate with all supply chain teams to develop new product development cost estimates
- Create profit and loss statements to support strategic pricing initiatives for internal margin management, commodity and tariff projects
- Partner with sales and procurement teams to deliver cost cards and cost component forms to strategic customers
- Support financial planning and analysis activities for reporting and master data management
- Develop, enhance, and analyze reports that provide trends and insights into key performance metrics for Business Units, categories, and key customers
- Partner with Business Unit stakeholders to identify, track, and report on cost improvement, simplification, trade effectiveness, and strategic pricing opportunities
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Category Finance team to identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance analytical capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of metrics and insights supporting overall business performance
- Support consistent, baseline financial reporting across divisions to enable comparability across TreeHouse.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
Three to seven years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment.
Advanced financial and analytical foundation
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance audiences
Proven ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial or ERP systems

Pay
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs.
For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
