Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans, and Modeling tools
• Aid in the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term planning processes
• Create and deliver effective and timely financial analysis and reporting both ad-hoc and at the request of the management team
• Drive key insights and analytics in the development of a long-term strategic plan for operating expenses and capital investment
• Analyze current and past trends of financial performance, including all areas of revenues, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• 3+ years of experience in corporate FP&A or similar area
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, v-lookup, etc.), and PowerQuery skills
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and intercompany eliminations
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and has strong organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload with minimum supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles and terms
• Ability to reconcile accounts and analyze financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• Previous experience in CPG company
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Basic SQL
