A senior financial analyst position is available in Arlington, VA. This role will provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for management
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and goals
• Monitor financial metrics and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
• Prepare and present financial data to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial software
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
• Experience with financial modeling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
