About the Role
Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team! Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization.
- Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
- Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Finance or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. Master’s degree a plus.
Skills
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience including knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis.
- Effective communication and presentation skills working with internal and external partners and executive management.
- Possesses a working knowledge of regulatory bodies relating to payroll, taxes, and general business financial conditions.
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
- Comfortable working with very sensitive data and can maintain a high degree of discretion.
- Financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced formulas).
- Oracle experience and cash flow forecasting experience is preferred.
