Senior Financial Analyst

Job Responsibility and Success Criteria

• Supports the maintenance of the comprehensive capital plan and annual prioritization process.
• Sets up and manages data rooms for debt issuances, refinancing, and amendments.
• Coordinates diligence materials, manages data rooms, and liaises with banks, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Conducts enterprise level financial analysis and benchmarking projects.
• Maintains system trend databases on key metrics/ratios and develops presentations to support decision making.
• Manages ongoing compliance with HUD regulatory requirements, including preparation and submission of required financial reports, certifications, and documentation.
• Monitors performance and financial metrics for HUD-financed properties or projects, including debt service coverage, operating performance, and covenant compliance.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
