Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Support sales, marketing, operations and supply chain
- Build and maintain financial models to support performance analysis and strategic decisions
- Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and segment P&L analysis
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership on results vs. plan
- Support month-end close, internal controls, compliance, and cash forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with larger ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Pay
$90k – 105k DOE
