Senior Financial Analyst
About the role
The Sr Financial Analyst – Global Supply Chain Finance supports financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across Hologic’s global supply chain. This role owns global inventory reporting and insights, supports M&A integrations and divestitures, maintains reporting hierarchies, assists with standard costing and markup table updates, and contributes to budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis. The role partners closely with Operations, IT, Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to improve processes, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Owning global inventory reporting and insights
- Supports M&A integrations and divestitures
- Maintains reporting hierarchies
- Assists with standard costing and markup table updates
- Contributes to budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis
- Partners closely with Operations, IT, Accounting, FP&A, and Tax to improve processes, reporting, and analytics
Requirements
- Supply chain, manufacturing, and operations finance
- Inventory accounting, cost accounting, and working capital management
- Standard costing, revaluation, and intercompany markup processes
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- ERP and planning systems, preferably Oracle and Hyperion
- Reporting hierarchies, data structures, and financial governance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, operations finance, or cost accounting
- Experience with inventory reporting, standard costing, and financial planning
- Experience supporting M&A integrations, divestitures, or cross-functional projects
- Experience with ERP/planning tools and global matrixed organizations preferred
Skills
- Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI preferred
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Cross-functional project support and prioritization
- Reporting automation, dashboarding, and process improvement

Pay
The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,900 to $128,100 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
