Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Partner with Accounting and operational teams to improve financial visibility and business performance.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Auxiliary with management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI development.
• Support global financial initiatives, including consolidation, foreign exchange analysis, and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide meaningful insights.
• Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance leaders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
