How You'll Make An Impact

  • Analyze financial and operational data from the global data warehouse to evaluate business performance, profitability, and risk/volatility
  • Build, refine, and validate key metrics, with a focus on reinsurance and performance insights
  • Develop and enhance reports and dashboards; identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Conduct variance and root-cause analysis to explain performance and provide forward-looking insights
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities and proactively identify analytical opportunities
  • Collaborate with IT (onshore and offshore) to automate reporting and improve data solutions
  • Deliver accurate, timely analyses and respond to ad hoc requests as needed
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on financial and performance insights

About You

  • Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience (insurance, brokerage, or financial services preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (Sigma experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake
  • Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
