Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and valuation for $50M+ investment sales transactions
• Prepare discounted cash flow analyses, pro forma statements, and rent roll evaluations to determine valuation
• Aid in the preparation of offering memorandums, pitch decks, and reports for investment sales transactions
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive positioning, location dynamics, and supply/demand dynamics
• Interface directly with prospective investors and clients during diligence and site inspections
• Maintain internal databases tracking investment sales activity and relevant real estate metrics
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Support the collection and evaluation of due diligence materials and coordinate with clients to ensure completeness
• Preserve client‑facing continuity by leading property tours, presenting financial insights to investors, and supporting brokers in real‑time conversations—activities that materially shape client confidence and deal conversion

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or advisory services
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Argus; financial modeling expertise required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state real estate license
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and trends preferred
