About the role

This is an onsite role based out of Woodbridge, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize client’s real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
  • Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.
  • Provide analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions.
  • Aid in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda.
  • Communicate effectively in a collaborative team environment and provide support in client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches.
  • Handle multiple deadlines and deliver results with high accuracy in financial analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
  • 2-5 years' experience in real estate and/or capital markets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience.
  • Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
  • Strong research skills and attention to details.
  • Commercial real estate experience is required.
  • Action-oriented and capable of handling multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.

Pay

Annual salary range: $100,000 - $130,000.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
